Estimator

Estimator-Experience estimating commercial and government projects, ranging from $100,000-$10,000,000. A degree plus 3-5 years experience is preferred. Candidate must be highly organized and be able to multi-task. Must have computer exp as well as be knowledgeable of estimating software.

Project Manager

Candidate should be able to manage government and commercial projects with great efficiency. Experience handling projects from buy-out to final close-out. Dollar range of $100,000-$10,000,000. Must be able to work well with different levels of employees and subcontractors, as well as owners and their representatives. A degree plus 3-5 years experience is preferred.

Asst. Project Manager

Candidate will assist the project manager with buy-out of project, submittals, subcontractor issues as well as other areas. A degree and 1-2+ years experience preferred. Exp reading blueprints is required. If only have a degree we are willing to train. Computer literacy a must.

Superintendent

Candidate should posses at least 2-3 years experience working as a superintendent or working foreman on government and commercial projects. Must be able to work well with subcontractors, employees, projects owners and their representatives. Candidate will be responsible for quality control on each project. Must be computer literate and be able to multi-task as job involves a high volume of required documentation.

Carpenter

Perspective candidate should have at least 5+ years experience working on residential, commercial and government projects. Must be able to read & follow blueprints and specification. Must be able to work with subcontractors, and the project owner's representative.

Bookkeeper 

Requirements for this position include but are not limited to, A/P, A/R, manage and track: job costing, whip schedule, labor report, prepare quarterly taxes, and cost projections. Degree plus at least 1 year experience is preferred. Candidate should have working knowledge of QuickBooks Pro. You will work closely with the President of the company as well as the Director of Construction.
